The partners have authored books, chapters and articles in the field of performance technology. Danny’s book, “The New Language of Work,” (HRD Press, 1995) has been identified as one of the “pathfinder” models of performance improvement by ISPI. His book, “Aligning Performance: Improving People, Systems and Organizations” (Jossey-Bass, 2000) has been established as the definitive work in performance technology. “The Intervention Resource Guide:50 Performance Improvement Tools,” (Jossey-Bass, 1999) a key resource on solutions to business performance improvement needs, is already in its second printing. Prior to forming Performance International, Kathleen and Danny each held management positions in training and human resources.
