Job Modeling
- Jobs are completely modeled in four hours or less. Simultaneous modeling means that 20-30 jobs can be modeled in a single week. The return on investment can be as high as 10-to-1. The savings to line departments and HR departments is measured in dollars; savings to employees and managers is measured in terms of reduced anxiety and faster decision-making and planning.
Alignment
- A review of the department, individuals and work processes can take less than 4 days—including maps of each level for everyone. Organization Scan
- The Organization Scan told the Managing Director that one individual was contributing to the communications problem, but also that his organization was not healthy. - Using the Organization Scan, “Cultural due diligence” for whole division was completed in less than one month.
Job Modeling for Training Design
- By modeling the salesperson’s job, we were able to reduce the 14-day training program s to 9 days while adding more content and practice. Multiple interventions reduced training time. Several million dollars saved after $20,000 investment in workshop and consulting.
